Odle Middle School

The Odle project has been working towards getting the entire building enclosed.  Temporary heat and drywall have started on the first floor in a portion of the office and classrooms.  Subcontractors are working on getting the main mechanical systems complete in the penthouse and connected to all of the ductwork in the school.  On the site both of the new fields have achieved their final grading and top course and are ready for the covering.  The first course of paving is on-going in parking areas and sidewalks all over the project site.

Enatai Elementary School

Steel, Steel everywhere…  The Enatai project team is working feverishly to  erect the structural steel portions of the building.  The main academic two story building has been erected on the west side of the project site  following behind that is the installation of the exterior wall systems working from west to east.  A portion of one story Administration and Early Learning Program building have been erected and is being welded off to allow the other trades to follow behind.  The Commons space that connects the other half of Administration, Classroom and Gymnasium wings of the school is on the horizon to pour slabs in and erect the structural steel.  The Gymnasium footings were started this week and the trusses that make up the Gym roof arrived this week as well.
