The Inspiration Playground replaced the existing play structures with 1.5 acres of inclusive play space featuring adaptive equipment, sensory rich play opportunities, and water elements. Volunteer playground ambassadors will be at the playground the 2nd and 4th Saturdays throughout the summer to answer questions, support inclusive play, assist with equipment, and ensure that this is a welcoming and fun community space for everyone. Bellevue’s Inspiration Playground at the Downtown Park is Open
The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
