Dear Bellevue School District Learning Community:

Congratulations to our entire Bellevue Community! Our voters approved the Bellevue School District Capital Bond on the February 11, 2020 ballot!

This bond will help the Bellevue School District build more education space for our students, replace aging school buildings, improve safety and security at our campuses, and better position our district and community for future growth and improvement.

There are many people and organizations to thank for the bond’s success.

THANK YOU Bellevue School District Growth and Planning Advisory Group for your recommendation to present this bond to voters in order to meet the needs of our growing community. You effectively evaluated the age and quality of our school buildings, projected enrollment growth, and other key factors to confirm our highest facility needs.

THANK YOU Bellevue School Board and staff for developing and supporting a bond that identified and prioritized projects that will improve our schools for all students.

THANK YOU Bellevue Quality Schools for volunteering to share critical information about the importance of the bond with our community.

And, a big THANK YOU to our voters who had the foresight to approve a bond that will enable our district to keep its laser focus on achieving student success in an ever-changing world.

We thank and truly appreciate the entire Bellevue community for its ongoing support of our students, staff, and schools.

In partnership,

Ivan Duran
