Apoyo para las familias de habla hispana para entender mejor el distrito escolar
Invitamos a las familias hispanohablantes con un estudiante en cualquier preparatoria/bachillerato de Bellevue a que conozcan más sobre el sistema escolar de Bellevue. Acompañe a Liliana Medina, una madre local y fundadora de Sistema Escolar USA, para aprender cómo apoyar a su estudiante en los grados 9-12.
Sistema Escolar brindará información para ayudar a las familias:
- Entender los requisitos de graduación
- Comprender qué es un GPA y por qué es importante
- Saber cómo acceder a su consejero de la escuela secundaria y al centro de carreras
- Obtener más información sobre los exámenes necesarios para la solicitud de ingreso a la universidad
- Explicar los cursos de colocación avanzada
Acompáñenos en la sesión de Zoom el lunes 15 de noviembre, a partir de las 6:30 p.m. La sesión se llevará a cabo en español y habrá muchas oportunidades para hacerle preguntas a Liliana. El Distrito Escolar de Bellevue en asociación con Sistema Escolar espera que este taller le informe para apoyar el bienestar y potencial académico de su estudiante.

Providing support for Spanish speaking families to better understand the school district
We invite Spanish speaking families with a student in any Bellevue high school to come learn more about the Bellevue school system. Please join Liliana Medina, a local parent and founder of Sistema Escolar USA, to learn about how to support your student in grades 9-12.
Sistema Escolar will provide information to help families:
- Understand graduation requirements
- Explain what a GPA is and why it matters
- Know how to access your high school counselor and career center
- Learn more about tests needed for college application
- Explain Advanced Placement courses
