What is in this update?

The Winter COVID-19 Dashboard has been published.
Details have been added to explain the difference between the Fall COVID-19 Dashboard and the Winter COVID-19 Dashboard.

Why is it being updated?

Changes were made to the way BSD reports COVID case counts, so a new dashboard was developed
