Alisa Henselman, Procurement Agent | Supply Chain Operations, Boeing

Alisa is an Operations Procurement Agent at The Boeing Company. In this role, Alisa manages the performance, quality, and daily operations across multiple global suppliers and commercial airplane programs.  Alisa is an alumnus of the University of Washington, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Japanese. During her studies, she was involved in multiple extracurricular groups including the Japanese Students Association, Alpha Kappa Psi, student/alumni mentorship programs, and worked at the Undergraduate Student Advisory Office. During her junior year, she interned for Boeing’s F22 Raptor program in their Defense & Space division.

After graduation, she was eager to utilize her passion for global economics and joined the Supply Chain Operations Organization in the Commercial Airplanes division. She soon learned that her multi-cultural background and fluency in Japanese gave her the edge in her organization and helped her be successful when conducting international business. As part of her current role, Alisa frequently travels to Japan, Philippines, and domestically to assess supply chain issues at suppliers and to mitigate risk to Boeing’s production line.

 

Elaine Ervin, CPA Partner, Moss Adams

Elaine is the national leader of the Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality and Professional Services Group.  She’s practiced public accounting since 1986.  She provides accounting and business advisory services to closely held businesses, with a focus on clients in the construction and real estate industries.  Elaine’s close, hands-on approach to client relationships enables her to effectively and creatively advise clients on a wide range of business matters.  Elaine participates in all phases of audits and reviews, including planning, compliance testing, supervision, and report preparation for clients.  She also has an extensive background in bonding and banking issues as they relate to financial performance. Elaine has a BA, Business Administration, Michigan State University.

 

Jane Mounsey, SHRM-SCP – Human Resource Director, GLY

A senior business leader with nearly 30 years in HR, Jane has diverse capabilities that include executive coaching, organizational development, employee relations and talent management. She is currently the Human Resources Director at GLY Construction.

Jane also serves as the Chair of the Association of General Contractors of Washington’s HR Committee. She is a former President and long-time board member of the Lake Washington Human Resource Association, a chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
