Remote learning for all students, grades and programs.
STUDENT & STAFF SAFETY: During this stage, buildings are closed for in-person, student learning. All students are engaged in remote learning with supplied technology, and meal distribution continues.
PUBLIC HEALTH CONDITIONS: Based on the Governor’s order, Stage 1 is 100 percent remote learning due to prevailing state-wide public health conditions.
SCHOOL READINESS: Over the summer, staff delivered personal protection equipment and other COVID-19 related supplies to buildings to prepare for welcoming students safely. Most staff are not in buildings during stage 1. Our district is focused on remote learning for all students, ensuring student attendance and continued engagement, connecting with, and informing our families and community.
To move into Stage 2, Governor needs to lift the order to close schools allowing Bellevue School District to begin offering some in-person services. The District will notify the community two-weeks prior to moving to the next stage.
