Bennett is one of 17 elementary schools in the Bellevue School District. Our school currently serves approximately 440 students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. We have a variety of programs to serve the needs of our K-5 student population. These programs include state-funded Special Education services for students who struggle in the areas of reading, writing, math, organization, social or emotional. We also have services that provide Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Physical Therapy. Students who speak a first language other than English, also receive support services. Should students qualify for additional academic challenges, we host one of the few Enrichment Centers for all fourth and fifth graders in the Bellevue School District. Additionally, Bennett is host to Bellevue School Districts after-school childcare programs for all elementary age children as well as an onsite City of Bellevue Boys and Girls Club after-school program.

The Bennett staff is committed to working as a team to provide the highest quality education for our students. We value working collaboratively with our students’ families and believe that the school-home connection plays an important role in the success of our students and our program at Bennett.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
