Bellevue High School Families:
The 1:1 Technology Program information session was held on January 7th in our BHS Performing Arts Center. The session described the 1:1 Technology program including device details, instructional benefits and student/parent responsibilities. If you missed this meeting here is the presentation.
Dear Bellevue High School Families:
I am writing to you share some exciting news! For the past two years, six schools in the Bellevue School District, Big Picture, Highland Middle School, Sammamish High School, Interlake High School and International School participated in a laptop pilot. All students in these schools were issued a Lenovo Yoga ThinkPad. Bellevue High will become the next school to participate in the 1:1 technology program, with students receiving their laptops during the first week of February 2016. Teachers have already received the same computer this past spring, which gives them the opportunity to become very familiar with the new software and hardware prior to working with students. We are excited by this new computer since it includes a touchscreen and a digital ink stylus. Students will also use Office 365 to access cloud storage that allows them to document and access their learning anytime and from any computer.
