Class of 2021 Important Senior Dates (All Dates/times subject to change)

January 14^th	Cap and Gown orders due online

March 22^nd – 26^th	Signups for Senior Salute/Baccalaureate Performances. Details in Bellevue Bulletin starting in February.
March 23^rd	1^st Senior Meeting (ASB elections) Time & Location TBD
April 6^th	Senior Meeting (Class Office elections) Time & Location TBD Distribution of the announcements. All KNOWN fines and fees paid.
April 19^th	Prom Ticket Sale Promotion Begins. No checks accepted, only CASH AND CREDIT Guest passes required for non-BHS students
April 21^st and 23^rd	Grad Music and Speaking Auditions – Time & Location TBD – look for sign-ups with your senior class officers and Bellevue Bulletin
April 26^th – May 7^th	Prom Tickets on sale (Accounting Office) – purchase tickets, sign up for tables, select meal Note: can pay with a credit card
April 30^th by midnight	Wolverine Guard Applications due by email submission wolverineguard@bellevuehighptsa.com
May 4^th	Final community service hours paperwork is due, Counseling Center (40 hours needed to graduate)
May 7^th	LAST DAY TO PURCHASE PROM TICKETS
May 7^th	Last day to pay Senior Fines/Fee with Checks (Cash or Credit only after this date)
May 22^nd	Prom
May 21^rd	List of students eligible for honor cords to be posted outside Counseling Center for student review, contact Ms. Semler with questions.
May 28^th	Grad Night – Deadline for full ticket prices
June 2^nd	Wolverine Rumble – Yearbooks Distributed – ALL fines must be paid to receive your yearbook
June 2^nd 11AM – 3PM	Caps and gowns distributed in the concession’s booth out in the plaza
June 4^th	Honor Cords, distributed/available
June 9^th and 10^th	Senior Finals (tentative)
June 11^th	All library books, textbooks and computers are due (return to library and/or your teacher!)
June 13^th	Baccalaureate – Time TBD – Bellevue Presbyterian Church, 1717 Bellevue Way NE.
June 14^th	Senior Checkout Day (clear fines, sign off by teachers)
June 15^th	Salute to Seniors Assembly – Main Gym
June 15^th	If ceremony is held in gym – four “Gym Graduation Tickets” to be available for pick-up in the Main Office.
June 18^th All times TBD	·Senior Breakfast – Commons ·Graduation Rehearsal ·Graduation 6:30PM Bellevue High School 10416 Wolverine Way, Bellevue WA 98004 (BHS Seniors: arrive on campus by 5PM for line up & gown check) ·Graduation Reception – following Graduation in the Commons ·Grad Night – following reception
June 21^st	·Diplomas, awards and certificates available for pick up in the Main Office starting at 8:00AM (diplomas will NOT be mailed home)

GRADUATION TICKETS:

Due to limited capacity, all seniors will be given six tickets for admittance to the graduation ceremony in the stadium. Each guest will be required to provide a ticket for entry. This applies to seating on the east side (home side) of the stadium. Overflow seating is offered on the west side (visitor side), no ticket needed. Graduating seniors will not need a ticket. If weather forces us to move the ceremony to the gym, four separate tickets will be available for pick up to senior families on June 15^th and overflow seating will be available in the PAC with live stream video feed showing the stage.

HONOR CORD INFORMATION: Cost for honor cords is $10.00 each

Cord designation is as follows: Red: 3.5 GPA & above, Purple/White: AP National Scholar, Purple: AP Scholar w/Distinction, Green/White: AP Scholar w/ Honors, Green: AP Scholar, Gold: National Honor Society, Blue/Gold: Wolverine Guard earned in two or more years. AP Scholars determined by College Board based on number of AP exams taken and average scores through Junior Year.
