Where and when can I buy a yearbook?
On TouchBase, scan the QR code to go directly to the website! If you are a first-time user, you can sign up with your Parent VUE email. Once you are into TouchBase, click on a grey box with you student’s name, click My school, under categories find Yearbook and click, then if your student has ASB it will give you an option to purchase a yearbook for $80 and if you student does not have ASB it should give you an option to purchase a yearbook for $90. Guarantee your student a yearbook by purchasing from now until the end of the calendar year. After January we will only have a limited amount to be sold.
When and where can seniors submit their portraits and quotes?
We are collecting senior portraits and quotes from now until February 2. Please email bhsbeacon@bsd405.org with subject line as “Senior Portrait, Quote + your students first and last name”. No late submissions will be accepted.
When are senior funny ASB photos?
A yearbook tradition is to have the graduating class take funny ASB photos on picture retake day November 27. This is the ONLY time seniors will be able to take these photos, make sure your senior does not miss these! Though these are supposed to be funny photos, please make sure your senior is taking an appropriate photo.
When and where can seniors submit baby photos?
A Bellevue Yearbook tradition is to collect each member of the graduating class’s baby photos. We are collecting senior baby photos from now until Friday, November 10. Please email bhsbeacon@bsd405.org with subject line as “Senior Baby photo + your students first and last name”. No late submissions will be accepted.
When and where can parents buy and design a senior advertisement?
Parents can purchase a senior advertisement during mid-October. The first purchase window will close until Friday, December 1 for reduced price. After Friday, December 1 to Tuesday January 2, our second window will be close for full price.

Half Page (Sales window 1): $180

When and where do students receive a pre-purchased yearbook?
Pre-purchased yearbooks will be distributed in the Commons on the Rumble, Wednesday, June 5. If your student is unable to pick their book up then, they can any time after Rumble in Mx. Maki’s room 0103.
