The Communications Office approves flyers from outside organizations that are intended for students. The organization needs to submit a copy of their flyer/brochure along with a filled out flyer approval form. Community Relations Office offers to email, or fax a copy of the flyer approval form for the organization to fill out and submit along with a copy of their flyer. The Community Relations Office does not approve flyers for distribution to staff or parents.

If the organization is NOT a non-profit 501(c)3, they cannot send the flyer home with students. Instead they can send a copy of the flyer/brochure directly to the schools with a request that it is made available in the front office or posted on a community board.
