Performing Arts Centers
Updates
Bellevue School District will resume rental of its’ Performing Arts Centers beginning October 2022.

All users must fill out a PAC Use Application. Applications may be obtained online, at schools or at the Community Use Office. Community users may email their applications to PAC@bsd405.org, or turn in applications to the PAC Office. District staff should send applications via in-district mail to “MSC, ATTN: PAC.”
The non-refundable processing fee must accompany the application. It is our policy not to hold or reserve a PAC until the application, processing fee, and certificate of insurance has been received and approved. Once processed, we will notify you with a confirmation and/or request further documentation.
Insurance is required for all school facility use. A Certificate of Insurance and an Additional Insured Endorsement will be required before confirmation of your rental. For specific coverages and requirements, information may be obtained by contacting the PAC Office at 425-456-4500. The district does not provide insurance but can assist in providing information on how to obtain it.
Each PAC’s equipment form is now required to complete the booking process. Incomplete or unclear equipment form may result in delays in processing your application.
