Transcripts & Student Records
Please contact your current school for a copy of your transcript. If your school is closed, please contact the District Records Department.
Students who have graduated or withdrawn from the District may obtain a copy of their High School Transcript in person at:

You may also email your completed Transcript Request form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Official Transcripts are $10.00 each.
- Unofficial copies are free
For current students in the Bellevue School District, please contact your school of attendance.
Immunization records are not permanent records. Students who have graduated or withdrawn from the Bellevue School District, please contact the Records Department to see if we have copies of the Immunization form.
Employers and other third parties requesting verification of graduation or attendance must provide the following:
- Signed release/waiver from the student authorizing release of the information
- $15.00 fee payable to the Bellevue School District by cash, check or credit card.

The identity of the petitioner must be confirmed by the Registrar of the institution.
In the Bellevue School District, diplomas are one-time only, ceremonial items and cannot be reproduced.
