Have a question? Let's Talk.

Please use these steps to find the closest bus stop and the status of your transportation eligibility:

Step 1: Visit https://edulogweb.bsd405.org/livewq/webquery/

Step 2: In the STREET ADDRESS field, enter your house number and street. Do not enter your city or zip code. Choose the appropriate grade from the GRADE menu and click GO.

WebQuery uses specific abbreviations for some street names. Consult the Unique Street List if you are having trouble entering an address. For example, WEST LAKE SAMMAMISH PARKWAY NE is entered as W LAKE SAMM PKWY NE.

Step 3: The following screen will show your home school, and may include choice schools or special programs. The ELIGIBILITY DESCRIPTION column will let you know if you are eligible for transportation services. If you are eligible, click on the name of your school. If you are not eligible, the school’s name will not be a link.

Step 4: The next screen provides a list of bus stops closest to your home address. The list is ordered from closest to furthest. Click VIEW THE MAP to visualize the location of your stop.

Meeting Your Child at the Bus Stop

The Bellevue School District does not require that a parent or guardian meet regular program students (including kindergartners) at the bus stop, with the exception of the first week of school, when all Kindergarten students must be met by an adult or an older sibling.

If a parent or guardian would like their child to be met throughout the school year, the parent or guardian should make special arrangements with the bus driver.

In the event the parent or guardian is unable to meet the child because of unforeseen circumstances it is important that your child let the driver know. If your child is not met they will be transported to the Transportation Department located at 12025 NE 5th ST, Bellevue where they will be supervised by a trained district employee.

Would you like to know when your student’s bus is going to be late? Bellevue School District Transportation is using the Edulog Parent Bus Tracking Program to notify parents and students if there are bus delays. For more information, or to sign-up and start receiving notifications, please visit the Edulog Parent Bus Tracking page.

If You Want to Change Your Bus Stop

When first starting to ride the bus, we allow parents to choose whichever route and stop are most convenient to get their child to and from school each day. However, once your route and stop are selected, parents are required to submit an Alternate Bus Stop Request Form (PDF) if they wish to make any changes.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
