The Regular Board Meeting for April 21st will be conducted online and can be joined here. All public comments will be received in writing. Anyone who wishes to submit a public comment should do so by following guidelines as outlined on our Public Comments page. Additionally, a recording of the meeting will be shared on BoardDocs within 48 hours of meeting adjournment.

At the Oct. 16, 2018 board meeting, the board amended Policy 1400 which impacts the time when public comments will be held at board meetings. Going forward:

  • First board meeting of the month – public comment begins at approximately 6:00 p.m. or later.
  • Second board meeting of the month – public comment begins at approximately 4:05 p.m. or later.
