This Regular Board meeting will be open to members of the public and be streamed live. Seating capacity will be limited, and you must be pre-registered to attend. You can also join the meeting virtually by visiting the board’s meeting page on the day of the meeting.

At the Oct. 16, 2018 board meeting, the board amended Policy 1400 which impacts the time when public comments will be held at board meetings. Going forward:

  • First board meeting of the month – public comment begins at approximately 6:00 p.m. or later.
  • Second board meeting of the month – public comment begins at approximately 4:05 p.m. or later.
