Our 21st annual Medina Elementary auction is coming up soon. Please purchase your tickets at! There is no limit on the number of attendees but please reserve your ticket soon and specify who you would like to be seated with.
We are actively procuring items for the auction and would love your help. It is very easy to donate an item – just fill out a form online at Some ideas for items to donate to the auction include:
  • Timeshares
  • Vacation homes
  • Airline mileage
  • A dessert from your favorite bakery for our dessert dash
  • A wine bottle (s)
  • A private boat ride
  • An art piece
  • A jewelry item
  • Concert tickets
  • And many, many more
We will also gladly accept donations at the following levels:
  • Platinum level: $5,000 donation
  • Gold level: $2,500 donation
  • Silver level: $1,000 donation
  • Bronze level: $500 donation
Donors and sponsors will be thanked in our catalog.
Interested in volunteering but still want to enjoy our auction? We are partnering with Enatai Elementary, Somerset Elementary and Cherry Crest Elementary to swap volunteers for the day of the auction. Swapping volunteers allows our parents to enjoy the day of the auction (rather than running around handling logistics) by involving parents from other schools.
