• Transcripts for College Applications: 
  • Transcripts will be sent to colleges beginning in October.  Students may request them at any time.
  • Your counselor will send out your transcript with letter of recommendation (if required) to all common app schools by your first application deadline.
  • Ms. Huynh will send your transcript to all non-private schools within one week after your requests.
  • The BSD FERPA Waiver must be signed and turned into the Counseling Center for your transcripts to be sent to colleges.

• Transcripts for coaches, scholarships, NCAA, etc.:
  • • If an electronic copy of an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT is needed, please email Ms. Huynh, with the following information:
      • Student Name;
      • Student ID #; and
      • The coach/organization’s email address, link to a portal or mailing address.

If you would like a hard copy of your transcript, email Ms. Huynh your name and student #.  You will receive an email when the transcript is ready for pick-up.

Please allow two (2) school days of turn-around time.
