Virtual SHOUT Student Engagement Event

Nov 18 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Ever wonder what you can do to elevate your voice and raise awareness of yourself and others just like you?  If so, let’s come together as one in our first SHOUT event of the 2020-21 school year!  We want you to be Proud to be HEARD!

SHOUT is a program designed for female students that racially identify as African, Black, Hispanic, LatinX, Native American, Southeast Asian, Pacific Islander, or mix of any, who are in grades 7-12.

Join keynote speaker, Erin Jones, and Ms. Anecia Grigsby, Assistant Principal, Sammamish High School, next Wednesday, November 18 from 12-1 p.m. for a Microsoft Teams Live Event where we will engage in dynamic conversation on topics of race, culture, leadership and self-empowerment.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the traditional lands of the Coast Salish Peoples. We honor with gratitude the land itself and the Coast Salish Peoples of our region, past, present and future.
