Good Morning Vikings!

Today is Wednesday, December 12

Attention French club members: Next meeting will take place on December 13 in room 129 from 4:00 to 4:45 PM.

This month’s digital citizenship topic is “ethical technology”. A digital citizen, like any global citizen, thinks about their impact on the world around them. Considering all of the problems that have been solved with technology, this month, take a look around you and notice all the ways you could use your technological skills and creativity to have a positive impact on the world, whether it’s designing an app (like in last week’s CS Challenge), or creating new ways for people to communicate ideas and with each other. Your ideas, and the problems you solve, will shape the future.

Please check the lost and found by Dec 21th.  After that everything will be donated.

Odle Middle School will be having its next video game tournament planned by Odle Smash Bros and it will be taking place on Tuesday, Dec. 18, starting at 4pm. This time – all tournament players must compete while wearing a mitten. More details and tournament sign-ups are outside room 207.  Hang out, play smash, win prizes on Tuesday, Dec 18 in room 207 starting at 4pm.

Did you lose your laptop? Did you leave it at home and a family member is bringing it to you? Make sure you check the lost and found shelves by the attendance desk in the office. Laptops on the shelves will not be delivered to students, so please come get it. If you have lost your laptop and it is not in the office, please check in all of your classrooms. Then let an adult know so we can help you find it!
