Friday AM Announcement

Good Morning Vikings!

Today is Friday, February 7

Did you know that February is Black History Month?  How much do you know about the famous and inspirational Black people who contributed their intellect, courage, and leadership throughout history? Find out by going to the window outside room 237 and matching the historical leader to their achievement. Turn in your sheets to the library this month and if you get them all correct, you will win a prize.

It’s National Counseling Week. So, here’s a word from our school counselors: (hand phone to school counselor)

Today is the first day of Jubilee Spikeball club out on the football field from 4-4:45. It is coed and we will be out there rain or shine! If you are interested please come out! All skill levels are welcome!

The Library will be closed during all three lunches today. Tech Help will still be available in Ms. DuVaul’s office in room 201-A. Thank you!

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
