Students and families can get technology support by phone, email or in-person. All students have access to the district’s Student How-To Guides online. Sometimes, restarting a device can solve basic issues.

Access to Technology and the Internet
In service of equity, we are committed to ensuring all K-12 students have a device and Internet access. This applies to all students, regardless of the instructional model you selected (temporary remote/hybrid or virtual). We will issue iPads to students in grades K-1 and laptops to students in grades 2-12. This provides all students access to continued learning, engagement and connection opportunities. Families will be notified by their student’s school about when and where to pick up their device. Learn more.
Please note that many companies have recognized the need for keeping our community connected and changed their plans and rules to provide expanded data options. Although the Bellevue School District is not affiliated with any of these companies and we have not vetted any of the offerings, more information can be found online:

Help with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is our Learning Management System (LMS). It is a communication and collaboration platform which will be used by all K-12 teachers. Students will join class meetings, access and submit assignments, and connect with classmates and educators. Explore the resources below.
