Today is Wednesday, October 27th.

Stand for the pledge of allegiance Vikings (wait 3 seconds)

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (wait 3 seconds)

We pause to acknowledge that Odle Middle School resides on the traditional and occupied land of the Coast Salish Peoples – past, present, and future. We honor their connection to the region, pay respect to Coast Salish Elders past and present, and stand in solidarity through their struggles.

Today’s spirit day is Pajama Day! Tomorrow is Viking Spirit. You can wear your Odle gear, or class colors: 6th graders wear red, 7th  graders wear blue, and 8th graders wear white!

Odle PTSA Presents “Fall Funfest” tomorrow, October 28 from 5:30-7pm outside on the Odle Campus.  Dress in costume and hang out with your friends and fiends! Masks are required for this outdoor social event. PTSA brings the candy – you bring the fun! Take pictures in our photo area and listen to some spoooooooky Halloween music. Monster Mash or Thriller anyone?  See you there!

Fiber Club meets during Activity Time – 3:55 – 4:40 on Thursdays in Room 219 (Mr. Scott’s room, the super bald science teacher). Everyone is welcome, especially if you’re crafty. No experience necessary! Materials and supplies available, or bring your own.

The library will be closed during all three lunches today.

Today’s lunch is a turkey and cheese sub sandwich.

Have a great day everyone!

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
