The purpose of this orientation is to make the transition from elementary school to middle school a positive experience.  The following is some information that will help you come prepared for Orientation:

• An eighth grade student will be calling you the week of orientation to personally invite you to this event
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing that you can easily move around in
• Please do not bring backpacks, purses, etc – travel light!

WEB Orientation is for students only.  On Thursday, August 25^th you will drop your child off at the gym by 8:45 AM.  Your child will be finished with Orientation at 12:30 PM.

Due to the nature of the WEB program, there will only be one orientation day.  If your child is not able to attend the WEB orientation, you can get your child’s schedule and other information on the first day of school, and you child will still have opportunities to interact with their WEB leaders and other 6^th graders throughout the school year.
