We pause to acknowledge that Odle Middle School resides on the traditional and occupied land of the Coast Salish Peoples – past, present, and future. We honor their connection to the region, pay respect to Coast Salish Elders past and present, and stand in solidarity through their struggles.

Attention 6th graders: Your registration materials are due todayPlease make sure to bring your completed and signed course selection form to your science class for counselors to collect. In the meantime if you have any questions or concerns, please see your Odle school counselor.

March is Irish American Heritage Month. Between 1845 and 1855 more than 1.5 million adults and children left Ireland. Most were desperately poor, and many were suffering from starvation and disease. They left because disease had devastated Ireland’s potato crops, leaving millions without food. In America Irish descendants have fought for safe working conditions, advocating for children’s rights, and fighting racism, prejudice, and income inequality.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
