We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

 

 Seventh grade students please remember to apply for office assistant position for eighth grade. If you have already picked up the application, please remember to turn the application back into Ms. Carroll by June 9th. 

 

On June 15th we will collect laptops from all 8th grade students. In 9th grade you will receive a new computer. Make sure you bring your laptop, charger, and stylus to school on June 15th. Please remember to backup everything on your computer to your OneDrive or you will lose it over the summer.

 

Congratulations to the following individual students who received Outstanding Soloist awards – Carter Neal from the Odle Choir and Liam Ko form the Odle Jazz Band. Well done you two! We are very proud of you and what you accomplished!

 

 

May is Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month – a celebration of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United States. Yo-yo Ma is an American cellist. He was born in 1955, in Paris, France and educated in America. He has performed as a soloist with orchestras around the world. Throughout his career, Ma has performed for nine presidents, recorded more than 90 albums, won 18 Grammy Awards, and received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

 

The Band Program invites you all to a fun-filled Jazz night and fundraiser concert. Music provided by the Odle Jazz Band and Jazz Club and featuring Critical Mass Jazz Band. More information to come!
