Please stand for the pledge of allegiance, Vikings. (wait 4 seconds)

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (wait 3 seconds)

We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

We are needing to review expectations for lunches, Vikings! You may visit the snack bar & vending machine ONLY during your assigned lunch, hallways are closed to you during your lunch, & trays, food, cans, bottles, & wrappers may only go as far as the metal fence on the upper area just outside the commons doors. Be responsible & put away your tray, clean up after yourself every lunch- you must put your tray away BEFORE you play, Vikings! Staff (… & don’t forget the cameras…) are watching you so we can make it rain OARRS for you taking care of your lunch business!

Today’s lunch is a breaded chicken leg and whole grain waffle with warm spiced apples.

Have a great day, everyone!
