SHS Library News:

SHS Library closures this week:

Plan accordingly! Just a reminder that we frequently have classes and events in the library. Enter & exit the library quietly. All students must sign in & out of the library. Attendance will be verified.

  • Wednesday, 11/3/21: Library will be CLOSED for SBA make-up testing in the Teaching Area (south end).
  • Thursday, 11/4/21:  The entire library will be CLOSED all day (including both lunches) for SBA make-up testing. Please do not disturb testing in progress.
  • Friday, 11/5/21: 8:30-9:30AM Principal and PTA coffee. Students who have an open 1st period may enter the library and sign in. Please plan to be seated at the far side of the library.

Do you visit the library during lunch? As mentioned above, we have many classes and events in the library. Please do your part to clean up after you are done with lunch in the library (or anywhere else in the building). Dispose of your garbage & recycling in the proper receptacles. We need to remember to stay at least 3 ft. apart. The library furniture is set up to meet distancing requirements, where possible. DO NOT move the chairs or desks in the space. Lastly, wear your mask when you are finished eating & drinking. Push in your chairs before you leave the library. If you are not following these expectations, or maximum seating capacity has been reached, then you will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation!
