Individual Health Plans (IHP) allow schools to plan for any medical situation that might arise with a student. IHPs focus on medical issues that do not affect learning such as diabetes, seizures and severe allergies. Please communicate with your School Nurse to let them know about any health concerns that would impact your child’s learning or safety at school.  With input from you, your child’s Health Care Provider, and the School Nurse’s expertise in school health services, an Individual Health Plan can be developed to help your child be safe, healthy and successful at school.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
