Events for in-district organizations should be submitted through the online work order system, IFAS. Please see the job aide to assist in submitting a catering request. An IFAS number is listed on the website next to each menu option for your convenience. For in-district departments, please include the budget code that will be charged for the order.
For outside groups, please contact Tamra Beck at firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order. Cash and checks cannot be directly accepted by the Nutrition Services department. Please work with your school office manager or the District’s Accounting Department to set up a customer number for billing.
Please be aware that the event time listed in IFAS will be considered the start time for meal service unless otherwise notated on the order. Set up will begin about 30 minutes before the event time.
Minimum Order Amounts and Charges
There are minimum order quantities for some menu items. These are listed on the catering website and described below. There is a minimum order amount of $25 for all other orders.
For lunch and dinner bars, there is a minimum of 25 guests. There is a minimum of 12 guests for breakfast bars. Prices for bars include staff for set up, clean-up, and 30 minutes of serving time. Any additional staffing or service time must be agreed to prior to the event. This may result in an additional fee. There is a standard $50/day surcharge for weekend or holiday events. For special events, additional charges may be negotiated before the event.
For box lunches or salads, there is a 8 sandwich and/or salad minimum per order. These can be mixed and matched to meet the minimum order.
Delivery charges are included in the catering price for events hosted in school buildings and district facilities. For events held outside the school district boundaries, a delivery charge of $25 will be applied to the bill. The delivery fee is also applied for equipment delivery and pick up (i.e. coffee pots, grills).

Other Available Venues
Are you interested in using the school kitchen for an event? Due to health department requirements, we are required to have a trained person on site, in charge of the commercial kitchen facilities. Facility use starts at $55/hour with minimum charge of two hours. Please contact the school office for more information and to complete a building use agreement.
We are also excited to offer catering services for private events, as availability allows. Please contact Tamra Beck, Catering Manager, for more information. Any additional charges would be negotiated prior to the event.
Please submit your order at least 5 work days prior to the event. For events with 100+ people, please submit at least two weeks in advance. On occasion, our catering department may not be able to accept new orders during a specified period. This would be due to the volume of prior orders and staffing needs in supporting our school meal programs. We appreciate your understanding on this.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 work days prior to the event. In emergency situations (i.e. inclement weather), cancellations must be provided at least 12 hours prior to the event. If the event is not cancelled in time, Nutrition Services reserves the right to charge all or part of the event cost.
