Amazon’s Treasure Truck Bookmobile: We are thrilled to announce that Amazon’s Treasure Truck Bookmobile will be coming to Stevenson on Wednesday, June 9th from 9AM-12PM. What does a visit from Amazon’s Treasure Truck mean? It means FREE books for our awesome Superstars! Each student will get to pick 3 free books to keep. There will be a wide range of books to choose from and we will be provided with a list to share before the event (so students will have time to think about what titles they’d like most). More information will be shared as we get closer to the event, but for now, please mark your calendars and please plan to visit Stevenson between 9Am-12PM on June 9th!
Virtual Field Day: Please join us for Virtual Field Day on Wednesday, June 9th from 1-4pm. The idea behind a virtual field day is to use any type of materials you have in the house for the activities. The cool thing is you can modify the activity and materials based on what is available to you! Please visit Coach K’s Team page for detailed information on Virtual Field Day.
Last Day of School: The schedule for the last day of school (Tuesday, June 22) for hybrid, in-person students will be the typical AM/PM schedule with House A students coming in the morning and House B coming in the afternoon. Transportation will run on the typical Tuesday schedule for the last day of school. Students who typically attend school for the full-day at elementary will come for a half day in the morning on the last day of school. Since the last day of school is typically a shortened day for students so that teachers can complete year-end tasks in the afternoon before summer vacation starts, we will make the morning of Wednesday, June 16, an asynchronous learning morning so that teachers have the time they need to complete year-end tasks. Schools will send information about any school-specific details about the last day of school.
The schedule for the last day of school for virtual elementary students will be their regular morning schedule.
Student Devices Over the Summer: All students planning on returning for the 2021-22 school year will keep their devices over the summer. The following is how devices can be turned in for families not returning to BSD or families opting to not keep devices over the summer:
- In person students: Please notify your child’s teacher that you opt to turn in your child’s device. Students will turn in device to classroom teacher at the end of learning on 6/21.
- Virtual Students: Families can drop off technology at Stevenson on 6/22 between the hours of 9-3:30pm. Please call front office at 425-456-6000 and a staff member will meet you.
COVID-19 Vaccine Information: Pop-ups are open for walk-ups. Moderna first or second shots and Johnson & Johnson shots are available for everyone 18 and older. Starting May 24, Children aged 12 and older can receive Pfizer first or second shots.

Último día de clases: El horario para el último día de clases (martes 22 de junio) para los estudiantes híbridos en persona será el horario típico de AM / PM con los estudiantes de la Casa A que vienen por la mañana y la Casa B que viene por la tarde. El transporte funcionará en el horario típico de los martes para el último día de clases.
