Tyee: After Hours |
The Tyee Office closes at 3:45pm daily. If your student plans to attend Tutorial or Activities, it is important families make after school plans with students so you and they know where they are supposed to be, how to get home. Tutorial ends at 3:55pm, and Activities end at 4:45pm. Please do not wait by an exit for a student or staff member to leave the door open for you to access. For safety and contact tracing, all visitors are required to check in through the office, which closes at 3:45. If it is urgent, you may try to call into the office at 425.456.6804; or e-mail any one of the Principals. Typically one of us is in the office working past 4pm.
If it is an emergency, contact emergency services by dialing 9-1-1. |
BSD: Return to School Guidance | If your student has symptoms, please consult the most-updated “decision tree” graphic so you know when to stay home, when to get tested, and when it is OK to return to school! BSD: COVID-19 Testing | In the upcoming weeks, BSD will offer COVID-19 screening and diagnostic testing in schools. Doing so will allow us to more rapidly determine infections in our buildings and take a proactive approach to minimizing potential outbreaks. Testing will be optional, but highly encouraged as we work to keep our BSD community safe. District administration is currently in the process of finalizing the procedures, permission requirements for testing, and other details, which will be shared as they are available. More information on diagnostic testing and screening testing can be found on our COVID-19 Testing in Bellevue School District webpage and will be updated as more details become available. Please visit the district COVID-19 Health and Safety webpage for more information about our current health and safety measures. |
GOODWILL FUNDRAISER OCT. 30th 2-5PM | Time to clean out those closets! There will be a Goodwill truck parked in the upper parking lot of Newport High School waiting to accept all your clothing, sports equipment, small household items, and anything else you no longer need. Tell your friends, neighbors, and family! They will make a donation to Newport choirs for your generosity. |
