Any parent that wants to volunteer in our school, whether it is to participate on a field trip, help out in a class once a week/month/year, or wants to help out in the lunchroom or on the playground are deeply appreciated. In order to maintain a safe and effective learning environment for our students each volunteer must fill out district volunteer paperwork in order to be cleared to work with students. At Newport Heights we also provide volunteer training to EVERY parent that volunteers. If you have participated in this training in past years, you don’t need to attend again. We appreciate your support and prioritize student safety.
