Here is a message from Newport Highschool

Future Knights,

We have really enjoyed great community support at our home football games this year and are excited to see the next generation of Knights from Tyee Middle school in attendance at our games. I’m hoping that I can have everyone’s help in supporting a couple of rules for middle and elementary age students that are in attendance at our games so that we can all continue to have a great experience supporting the Knights.

1 ) Middle school and elementary age students must be accompanied by an adult for entry into the game

2) Parents are responsible for keeping line of sight supervision on their middle school and elementary age students at all times during the game.

3) Kids should be in the bleachers during the game unless they are going to concessions or restrooms. Kids lingering in the areas on field level or found in areas behind the bleachers or other off limits areas will be escorted to the bleachers to sit with a parent or asked to leave if their parent is not present – they will be supervised until such time that a parent can pick them up.

4) Horseplay is not allowed at any place in the stadium during the game. Students should not bring balls or other toys into the game, they could be confiscated if they are creating a problem.

Our stadium staff, who has a lot on their hands during Friday night home games, will greatly appreciate your help!
