This is a day where we encourage students to stand together against bullying and be united for kindness, inclusion and acceptance. The official color for unity day is orange and all students & staff are encouraged to wear orange. As as schoolwide project, we will send out a Flipgrid where each student can record how they can stand up against bullying and how they can show kindness and acceptance of others. Unity Day
The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
