Phantom Lake is one of 18 elementary schools in the Bellevue School District. Our school currently serves approximately 478 students in preschool through fifth grade. Phantom Lake is a LAP School. We have a variety of programs to serve the needs of our diverse K-5 student population. These programs include Lego Robotics; English Language Learner support for intermediate and advanced level second language learners; and a Special Education program for children with special learning needs.  Phantom Lake is also proud to include PALS, an Integrated Preschool program, for both typically developing children and children aged three through five who have special learning needs.  We also have an Early Learning Preschool program available to qualifying children.

The Phantom Lake staff is committed to working as a team to provide the highest quality education for our students. We value working collaboratively with our students’ families and believe that the school-home connection plays an important role in the success of our students and our program at Phantom Lake.

The mission of our Phantom Lake community is to provide an exceptional education for the whole child in a nurturing and joyful environment in order to prepare our students to be creators of their future world.
