Jubilee Sports require students to register on the Jubilee Sports Form

- - Students can register for multiple sports based on interest, but are only able to participate in one Jubilee sport/Jubilee activity per season (will only be added to one team).
  - Based on volume of interest, a lottery system will be used to fill teams.
