Newport High School is one of four comprehensive public high schools in the Bellevue School District located in Bellevue Washington, a suburb of Seattle. Newport is a four-year high school  and accredited by the Association of Educational Services Districts of the State of Washington. Newport operates on a modified block schedule, offering seven 50-minute periods three days a week and ninety-minute periods two days a week. Approximately 185 courses are taught by a professional certified faculty of 92 teachers, 27 support personnel, and 3 administrators.
