We pause to acknowledge that Odle Middle School resides on the traditional and occupied land of the Coast Salish Peoples – past, present, and future. We honor their connection to the region, pay respect to Coast Salish Elders past and present, and stand in solidarity through their struggles.

Pride month is celebrated the entire month of June. This yearly celebration commemorates Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ+) contributions and achievements in history and how this community has strengthened the diversity and progress of our nation. Pride month also serves as a reminder of the continued work to achieve equal justice and equal opportunity for all LGBTQ+ people around the world.

Happy Pride month to all LGTBQ+ students, staff, and the friends and families that support them.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
