We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

 

 

Attention ASB Officer candidates!  This is a reminder that your completed application packets are due to Mrs. Warehime TODAY by 3:50.  

 

If you are a 7th grader, you can apply to be a WEB leader. You can get the application on Friday May 12th. If you want more information, drop by Mr. Tillotson’s classroom, room 235 on Tuesday May 16th or Monday May 22nd during tutorial  If you need time to complete your application and/or turn it in, come to tutorial in Tillotson’s room on May 23rd. Turn your applications in to Ms. Farkas, Mr. Tillotson, Ms. Bharti by Wednesday May 24th 2:20pm. You will be notified whether you were accepted by the end of the day on Friday, May 26th.

 

 

 

Hey 8th graders, the 8th Grade Cruise is June 21st! Turn in permission slips by May 26 to the office. Beginning today until June 21st, students can come on the cruise if they have not been assigned in-school or out-of-school suspension, are not excessively absent, skipping class, or have more than 14 unexcused tardies, or are not getting excessive behavior referrals to school administration. Be on your best behavior so that you can come on the cruise!

 

 

Attention 6th graders attending this spring’s Camp Orkila:

  • The next payment of $135 is due TODAY payable online through Odle’s website through “Fees and Fines” icon, or in-person.

 

 

Asian American Pacific Islander month was specifically chosen to commemorate the first Japanese immigrant to arrive in the U.S. on May 7, 1843. And when on May 10, 1869, the transcontinental railroad had been completed, which many Chinese immigrants helped to build.

 

Hey Vikings! Next week is ASB’s Spirit Week from Monday May 15 to Friday May 19th. The spirit days include Pajama Day, Odle Pride Day, Wacky Wednesday, Switcharoo day, and College day.
