Today is Thursday, January 11th.

Please stand for the pledge of allegiance, Vikings. (wait 4 seconds)

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (wait 3 seconds)

We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

Hey Vikings!  Dance tickets are currently on sale in the front office. You can come before school, after school, or during your lunch. Presale tickets are $5 if you have paid your ASB fee.  If you haven’t paid your ASB fee or buy your ticket at the door, they will cost $10.  All tickets will come with a snack and drink.  You can also purchase pizza for $2 a slice.  Join us on January 26 from 6-8 for an evening of dancing and fun!

Staying after school for tutorial, study zone, clubs, & activities are a privilege, Vikings! We have too much traffic in the hall during these times- students are to choose ONE supervised location by 3:25pm & stay there until the bell rings at 3:50pm. For club & activity time, students select ONE supervised location for 3:55pm thru 4:40pm. Students not following these expectations are at risk of losing their privilege of staying after school. Don’t forget to get your blue passes signed! Please see Miss Gayle if you have any questions.

Jubilee Open Gym will be CLOSED today during tutorial and activity time.

Today we have an assembly schedule because of our morning assembly to honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. At the end of 2nd period, you will review a PowerPoint about expectations and then walk with your class to the assembly. After the assembly, you will go back to your 2nd period class to get your belongings, and then go to third period.

**Hand phone to teacher reading college trivia**

Today’s clubs are Coding Club in room 251, Geography Club in room 207, and Fiber Club in room 119.

Today’s lunch is a deluxe grilled chicken club sandwich with baked fries.

Have a great day, everyone!
