Today is Tuesday, April 30th

Please stand for the pledge of allegiance, Vikings. (wait 4 seconds)

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (wait 3 seconds)

We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

Hey Vikings! Do you like pizza? Do you like supporting your community? If you like both, donating to the food drive we’re having here at Odle might be the right choice. This food drive will run from April 29 to May 6 and the 7th period class that donates the most amount of food will get a pizza party! And all donated food will be given to Hope Link to support our local community! Check the flyers that will be handed out later for more information regarding the food drive and remember to drop off your donations in the crates in your 7th period classes.

Attention there will be a Black Union Student meeting Thursday afterschool room 151.

The BSD Mental Health Assistance Team is happy to present the opportunity for your families to attend a High and Middle School Parent Information Night on childhood stress and anxiety. Your families will have a chance to learn about causes of and supports for childhood anxiety and about how to access help within BSD. The presentation will be held on on May 1st from 7-8PM at Bellevue High School. Spanish and Chinese interpreters will be available for the evening of the event.

Attention ALL National Junior Honor Society Members, it’s spring and that means that our chapter service project asks you to commit random acts of kindness at school and in your community. Kindness can be shown by helping others in little ways, saying kind things, and being a good listener and friend! Spread kindness this spring!

TOMORROW is Wellness Wednesday-the last 15 minutes of your lunch is a time to come up to the library to play games, color, visit with friends or just chill. Hope to see you up in the library after you eat lunch, no food allowed in the library!

Odle Viking stickers available for $1 in the office. Please bring cash, card, or check only. Thanks for your contribution!

Today’s clubs are Mock Trial in room 253, National Science Bowl in room 245, Psychology Club in room 207, and Art Club in room 233.

Today’s lunch is nachos.

Have a great day, everyone!
