I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (wait 3 seconds)

We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

National Junior Honor Society Members need to submit their Service Hours Form to Mrs. Black by TOMORROW. Any questions, see Mrs. Black in room 233 or email her.

Come to our World Languages Culture Night event at 5pm on February 8th, and enjoy a dragon dance and Kungfu performance! This year is the year of the dragon according to 12 Chinese zodiacs. The Year of the Dragon comes once every 12 years. If you were born in 2012, your zodiac is dragon! The Chinese zodiac has achieved great popularity throughout Asia, particularly in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Thailand.  At 5pm on February 8th at Odle Commons, Chinese dragon dance, Kungfu performance, and Spanish Flamenco Dance will welcome you to Odle World Languages Culture Night!

Odle students please do not fill out a pink slip for schedule changes. Please fill out a schedule change request form which you can find in the counseling center or up in the main office.

Attention Odle Readers! Blind Date with a Book is almost here. Stop by the library in February to choose a book based only on limited information. Return the included bookmark to be entered into a drawing to eat lunch in the library with a group of your friends. Stop by the library for more information.

Looking around the school, you may have noticed the Rainbow Viking signs by the door of every classroom and staff office. For next year, Odle would like to feature student art, so we’re asking for your help. If you would like us to feature your art on next year’s Door Signs, please stop by the office to pick up an entry form, and return it to the office by the end of school, Friday  2/16/24.

Today’s clubs are National Science Bowl in room 245, and Art Club in room 233.

Today’s lunch is gluten free chicken teriyaki with sticky brown rice and steamed green beans.

Have a great day, everyone!
