Choice School Waitlist Application

If your student is incoming K-5 grade level they may apply to the existing waitlist. New applicants will be placed on the bottom of the appropriate waitlist by their current grade level in the order received for possible entry in the fall for the upcoming school year. Students applying for language programs will be required to pass an appropriate grade level language proficiency screening for grades 1-5. Kindergarten is entry level and does not require a language proficiency screening.
