Stand for the pledge of allegiance Vikings (wait 3 seconds)

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (wait 3 seconds)

We pause to acknowledge that Odle Middle School resides on the traditional and occupied land of the Coast Salish Peoples – past, present, and future. We honor their connection to the region, pay respect to Coast Salish Elders past and present, and stand in solidarity through their struggles.

Preorder an Odle yearbook from November 7th  thru November 20th. Odle yearbooks cost $25 and can be purchased online via the district pay portal OR in the front office.

Join Rainbow Club! We meet every Friday at 3:50pm in room 119. It’s a safe space for LGBTQ+ students, friends, and allies to meet awesome people, talk, and have fun. Come join us or just stop by to say hi!

Vikings, many of you need to be reminded that the hallways are NOT to be used during your assigned lunch.

Did you know in 1954, President Dwight D. Eisenhower changed the name from Armistice Day to Veterans Day so it would honor all veterans rather than commemorate the end of a single war? While Memorial Day honors Americans who died in the line of duty, Veterans Day commemorates all Americans who have served their country honorably, both living and deceased. Now no matter what day of the week it is, Veterans’ Day is always on November 11th. Remember – there is no school this Friday in honor of Veterans Day.

Today’s lunch is butter chicken and brown rice.

Have a great day, everyone!

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
