We learn and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.

 

 It’s time to think about June and signing your friend’s yearbooks by pre-ordering your $26 Odle Yearbook . Pre-order from November 6th through November 19th on the Odle school website or in the main office. The last  pre-order window is January 15th through January 28th.

November is Native American Heritage Month! Aaron Yazzie is an engineer that works on reaching out to Native youth interested in STEM fields. He is Navajo (NA-va-hoe). He worked on the Curiosity rover mission from 2011 to 2013 and oversaw designing and building a pressure inlet on the InSight lander, which launched in 2018.

 

A big shout out and thank you to the following students who helped Ms. Sternberg fill the OARRS prize bags: Arjun, Yussuf, Damien, Flora, Aanya, Viti, Isabella, Toloai, Derrick, Talle, Tallulah, Melody, Amar, Levi, Sumit, and Simone. Thank you all for your help!
