Prearranged Absence Form – Tillicum Middle School

Remember – if you will miss school for vacation, a family event, a tournament, or most reasons other than illness or appointments, you must submit a prearranged absence form before the absence. Prearranged absence forms can be picked up at the attendance office or printed off from Here or from the School website. If one is not turned in before the absence, your absence is unexcused.
