  1. La Bienvenida: May 31st5:30-7:00pm Puesta del Sol Gymnasium

On Thursday May 31st, we invite you to come meet other Kindergarten families, share in a Potluck and learn how to prepare for Spanish Immersion Kindergarten. You do not want to miss this event as the Kindergarten teachers will be providing information on how to be ready for Kindergarten.

Schedule:

  • At 5:30pm Arrival, Family Potluck, and families sign in with PTA and on our Welcome Banner
  • To begin the school year we want to celebrate all cultures. We invite families to bring a food item representative of their family’s culture as well as add your family’s own language and home country to our world map.
  • At 6:15pm – Spanish Immersion Readiness Presentation in Gym
  • Our Kindergarten Teachers will give a short presentation about preparing for Kindergarten and Spanish Immersion. Childcare will be provided on playground.
  • At 6:40pm Q & A
  • At 6:50 pm Parents reunite with children
