Letter of Recommendation Presentation for the class of 2024- If you did not get a chance to attend the Letter of Recommendation presentation, the recording is in the Class of 2024 Teams Channel and in the Class of 2024 Counselor Corner. The slide deck of the presentation is also attached here.
Transcripts for College Applications – Students need to have a FERPA Waiver form on file in order to be sent electronically through Naviance. All students who wish to release your records including transcripts and recommendations to college(s) must sign and turn in this waiver. Please email the form to counseling secretary, Ms. Janice Lin at linja@bsd405.org. Students may request transcripts at any time. This BSD FERPA Waiver is different than the Common App Waiver which you do electronically if you are planning on applying to any Common App Schools. Click here for instructions on how to fill out the Common App FERPA and how to match it to your Naviance Account.

Student Athletes
Student athletes need to register with the NCAA and submit transcript waivers to the counseling office. Please bring in two copies of the signed waiver along with two envelopes with postage and addressed to the NCAA Clearing House – one copy for the beginning of the year and the 2nd copy for the end of the year.
